This role supports our US sales operations and is 100% remote from South Africa. It is designed as a development path into future quota‑carrying sales roles for high performers.

Responsibilities

· Perform high‑volume outbound sales development activities into the US nonprofit market:

o Cold and warm calling o Email and LinkedIn outreach o Lead follow‑up and qualification o Appointment setting with US‑based Account Executives

· Meet or exceed activity and pipeline metrics for:

o Outbound calls and touchpoints o Qualified meetings booked o New opportunities created

· Ask smart discovery questions and position meetings that lead to quality sales conversations, not just “calendar fills.”

· Manage and professionally handle objections from prospects.

· Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes in the CRM.

· Build strong, collaborative working relationships with Senior Sales Representatives to:

o Align on target accounts and campaigns o Debrief on meeting quality o Continuously improve messaging and conversion rates.

Requirements

· An effective communicator with a strong, engaging phone presence and excellent spoken English, comfortable speaking with US‑based professionals.

· A genuine interest in sales as a career path and a willingness to put in the work to become a future quota‑carrying rep.

· Passion for the nonprofit sector and a belief in helping charities and NGOs access the funding they need to make a difference.

· A positive, resilient, “go‑getter” attitude with the ability to handle rejection and keep dialing.

· Prior telephone‑based sales, telemarketing, or fundraising experience is strongly preferred, especially in value‑based or consultative selling.

· Strong self‑management skills in a fully remote environment (reliable internet, quiet workspace, punctuality across time zones).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
