About the Role
The Office Assistant plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership’s administrative functions. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization, and supporting various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks with accuracy
• Visit the bank to make deposits and handle related paperwork
• Digitize and file documents to maintain organized records
• Answering phones and addressing customer inquiries as needed
• Issue driver trade cheques and handle other basic accounting functions
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting and management teams
What We’re Looking For
• Previous office or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all work
• A positive attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed
