Hiring: Fundraising Team Manager | $22–$31 per hour (with bonuses)
British Columbia | Full-time Opportunity
SunSpark Canvassing Inc. is seeking an experienced Fundraising Team Manager to lead and inspire our face-to-face fundraising teams working with leading charities.
This role is strictly for candidates with prior fundraising experience who are passionate about leadership, performance, and making a meaningful impact in communities.
Pay
• $22 per hour base pay
• Performance bonuses increase earnings up to $31 per hour
• Higher compensation negotiable for candidates with strong fundraising leadership experience
Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate a team of face-to-face fundraisers
• Train and develop new fundraisers
• Track team performance and donor acquisition
• Maintain strong morale and team culture
• Ensure compliance with fundraising standards and guidelines
• Assist with campaign planning and daily operations
Requirements (Mandatory)
• Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising is required
• Proven leadership experience within fundraising teams
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to drive performance and meet targets
• Organized and comfortable in fast-paced, field-based environments
