Associate Clinical Liaison

Description
This role is responsible for supporting clinical education and customer engagement activities across the Invisalign product portfolio. The Associate Clinical Liaison assists healthcare professionals in building clinical confidence and increasing case growth through education, training support, and coordination of clinical initiatives.
The role involves interaction with orthodontists and general dentists to support case discussions, treatment planning processes, and adoption of digital workflows. The Associate Clinical Liaison works closely with internal teams and clinical experts to ensure a high-quality customer experience and effective delivery of clinical education programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the execution of clinical education initiatives and speaker-led events within the assigned territory.
• Host and execute speaker and Clinical Liaison-led educational events, roundtables, and training sessions.
• Assist in providing clinical education and support to orthodontists and general dentists, including case discussions, ClinCheck understanding, and treatment workflow guidance.
• Support Clinical Liaison education activities and customer engagement initiatives under supervision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to support activation and onboarding of new customers.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating customer education programs and certification activities.
• Conduct field visits with customers and co-travel with the commercial team to support educational initiatives and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Support the management of relationships with speakers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) involved in educational activities.
• Document relevant customer interactions and feedback and support CRM documentation when required.
• Contribute independently to assigned projects while working under moderate supervision and guidance.
• Seek opportunities to improve customer learning experiences and support adoption of digital orthodontic workflows.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a Master’s degree from a four-year college or university may also be considered.
• Typically a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in healthcare, dental environments, education support, or customer-facing roles.
• Candidates with a Master’s degree may have 0–12 months of experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proficient time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and participate in field activities with the commercial team.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment while learning and developing clinical and educational expertise.
