We’re currently looking for a Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. This role is for someone who truly gets people, someone who knows that great skin starts with great listening. If you pride yourself on building meaningful client connections and creating personalized treatment plans through thoughtful, in-depth consultations, we’d love to meet you. At KW Beauty, it’s not just about the treatment, it’s about the trust. Experience with our technologies (like Inmode, IPL, laser hair removal, and more) is an asset, but not a dealbreaker. We’re happy to train the right fit.
What You’ll Do
• Custom facials (including teen, hydrating, and acne-focused)
• HydraFacial and OxyGeneo SuperFacials
• IPL photofacials and Morpheus 8, CO2 resurfacing
• Microneedling
• Laser Hair Removal (multiple body areas)
• Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and LED light therapy
• Lash lifts and tints, brow tinting and shaping
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare routines, and products (we carry Vivier, AlumierMD, and Colorescience).
• Maintain accurate client charts and uphold hygiene protocols.
• Support a calming, professional clinic environment.
• Content creation for social media (behind-the-scenes, treatment tips, etc.).
You Might Be a Great Fit If You…
• Are a Medical Aesthetician with experience in clinical skincare and laser services.
• Have at least 1 years of hands-on experience in a medical aesthetics or high-end spa environment(experience in the services is considered a plus, but not necessary)
• Have strong knowledge of skin health and treatment plans.
• Are warm, professional, and client-centered in your care.
• Love helping people feel confident and cared for.
