Express Employment Professionals are searching for a highly motivated Corporate Account Manager for our client in Kitchener. The candidate will oversee client projects from initial planning through completion. In this role, you’ll act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Serve as the main contact between clients and internal teams
• Provide strategic guidance and customized solutions
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks
Project Leadership
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and action plans
• Oversee execution to ensure quality and deadline adherence
• Anticipate and resolve issues efficiently
Account Growth & Financial Oversight
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
• Ensure projects remain profitable and accurately invoiced
• Monitor financial performance and budget compliance
Team Coordination
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
• Clearly communicate client requirements and expectations
• Support effective resource planning and allocation
Reporting & Performance Review
• Track key performance indicators including budget, timelines, and client satisfaction
• Conduct post-project evaluations and share insights with stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, project management, or similar roles (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in hospitality or foodservice industries is an asset; training provided for the right candidate
Skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills
• Financial literacy with experience managing budgets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with SAP Business One is advantageous
