Barista – Waffle Bar | Milk on the Beach
Milk on the Beach is looking for a friendly, energetic Barista to join our Waffle Bar team. If you love great coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced seaside environment, and thrive on creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages to Milk on the Beach standards
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and bar equipment with care and consistency
• Deliver quick, friendly, and professional service during busy service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and waffle bar area
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
• Handle customer requests and orders with a positive, can-do attitude
Requirements:
• Previous barista experience essential
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and milk texturing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak season shifts
