Retail Sales Advisors – Hearing Care Stores
A nationwide hearing care retailer with 25 branches across South Africa is expanding and looking for motivated sales advisors who are confident, people-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
Ideal Background
Applicants should have around 2 years’ experience in sales, especially in roles where meeting targets is important. Experience in retail sales, call centres, cold calling, insurance, lead generation, or commission-based positions will be advantageous.
Role Overview
• Promote hearing care services to customers
• Contact potential clients and arrange appointments
• Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Assist with daily branch operations when needed
• Support additional product sales within the store
• Training provided for certain technical tasks
Candidate Requirements
• Preferred age 25–40
• Able to speak and write English and Afrikaans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with good negotiation ability
• Computer literate and well presented
• Preferably own transport and a valid driver’s licence
• Mobile phone required
• Ready to start as soon as possible
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays (half day).
Remuneration
Basic salary R10 000 – R15 000 per month (based on experience) plus commission incentives for performance.
Note: A 3-month probation period will apply.
