Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Press Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of presses to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machinery, tooling, and quality control will ensure that production runs smoothly, meeting all specifications and standards. This position offers a dynamic environment where precision, mechanical aptitude, and proactive problem-solving are essential for success.
Responsibilities
• Operating industrial press machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Loading and unloading materials into press equipment
• Monitoring press cycles to ensure proper bonding, curing, and product quality
• Performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
• Adjusting machine settings as required for different production runs
• Completing basic machine maintenance and cleaning duties
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Previous experience operating industrial machinery or press equipment preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or factory environments would be an asset.
• Strong mechanical & mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and extended periods of time.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good English comprehension (verbal and written)
• Steel toe safety boots required
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
