Location: Kitchener, ON
Salary: $54,000/annually
Shift: Days Monday to Thursday, 9am – 6pm, Friday 8am – 5pm
This is a permanent position for the right candidate!
We are assisting our client in Kitchener to find a Client Services Administrator. Our client is a licensed insolvency trustee and is looking to add the next member to their growing team.
Client Services Administrator Responsibilities:
· Reviewing client files and documents for errors; working with fellow team members to rectify the errors
· Fielding new and existing client inquiries over the phone
· Preparing affidavits and other court related documents
· Completing large spreadsheets of data from creditor inquiries
· Processing and reviewing proof of claims
· Inputting data into industry specific software; extensive training of the software will be provided
· Running reports through PowerBi and Excel to allocate workflow amongst the team
· Electronically filing documents with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy
Client Services Administrator Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ working in a office setting
• Completion of High School required
• Post-secondary in accounting or finance would be an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (mainly Word and Excel)
• Strong keyboarding skills required, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
• Great telephone skills, friendly personality, and organized
• Able to stay calm under pressure
