Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate/ Delivery Driver to join a fast-paced and customer-focused team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering coffee products to customers, maintaining customer coffee machines, and ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values attention to detail, and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver coffee products to approximately 15–20 customers per day following assigned delivery routes
· Load and unload products safely and efficiently from the delivery vehicle
· Clean and maintain customer coffee machines during deliveries to ensure proper operation
· Assist with basic tasks as needed on delivery routes to support customers and team operations
· Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery service at all times
· Report any customer issues, equipment problems, or safety concerns to the supervisor
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and equipment
Qualifications:
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Ability to lift and carry coffee products and equipment (up to 40 lbs) safely
· Comfortable with repetitive lifting, loading/unloading, and standing for extended periods
· Strong organizational, time-management, and route-planning skills
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Previous delivery experience is an asset but not required
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
