Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
Superb Group is a growing, team-oriented professional landscaping company servicing Commercial, Industrial and Multi-Residential buildings in Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. We are looking for full time landscape maintenance crew members. At time, only those available full time, year round will be considered for this role.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Landscape Maintenance Labourer to join our team. This position focuses on grass cutting, weeding, and pruning tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grass Cutting: Operate lawn mowers and trimmers to maintain and achieve a neat appearance for lawns and grass areas.
• Weeding: Remove weeds from garden beds, lawns, and other landscaped areas using hand tools.
• Pruning: Trim and shape plants, shrubs, and small trees to promote healthy growth and maintain aesthetic appeal.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Clean-Up: Clear debris and dispose of it properly to keep work areas tidy and safe.
• Site Preparation: Prepare areas for planting and other landscape work, including soil preparation and mulching.
• Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and to high standards.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in landscape maintenance, especially in grass cutting, weeding, and pruning, is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of plant care and landscape maintenance practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
Pay rate to be negotiated based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
