We are looking for anOperations Specialist II to support work order triaging, SLA management, our Brazil service market entry and enhance operational workflows for the ProSense HD device deployment, ensuring efficient inventory management and cross departmental coordination.

Work Order Triage Support:
• Triage work orders to USA, Canada and international partners, technicians and customers.
• Clearly communicate work schedules to all invested parties (partners and technicians).
• Develop and implement service support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

KPI management:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform cost and performance analysis of production, service and inventory
• Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
• Ad/hoc and monthly reports and analysis

SLA management:
• Lead the work order precompletion workflow by auditing service visits, enforcing closeout standards, and optimizing processes to reduce aging tasks and improve SLA adherence.

Brazil Service Support:
• Perform Service Triage activities for the Brazilian market
• Support Brazil installation efforts and serve as point of contact for coordination of installations and service with our Brazilian service partner

Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Required).
• 4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or service support management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent team management abilities.
• Proven ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in operations management software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
• Skills:
• Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems, ERP systems, and other operational tools is a plus
• Tableau user
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Effective communicator and collaborator, capable of working across departments to achieve shared goals.
