An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised and committed individual to join a trading and investment team within Publicis Media.

Overview

This role will suit an individual who enjoys working with people, has pre-existing media vendor relationships and can think outside of the box. Finding solutions to challenges and also working closely and effectively with both our internal PMX and agency teams as well as our media vendor partnersa and Apex doperations team.

We are looking for someone who is curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn, who will come in and hit the ground running. It is expected that this person will engage with the sales teams from a vendor perspective, agency client teams and media operations teams whilst contributing to the growth and success of PMX.

Responsibilities
• Assisting the team in the administration of vendor meeting requests, agency team and vendor presentations, financial trackers and maintaining records of all services delivered.
• Working alongside the Trading & Planning Lead in sync to provide support on PMX partner deals in order to maintain a smooth and seamless operation
• Assisting the PMX Operations team in the preparation and recording of all deal terms, service agreements and revenue tracking
• Creating and maintaining a services tracker together with the PMX Trading & Planning Lead, ensuring services are invoiced on time working with the finance team to ensure all audit documents are captured and uploaded for payment.
• Investigating and resolving (or escalating) any Media Vendor invoice queries in a timely manner
• Maintaining relationships with media vendors and Agency (Starcom, Zenith, Blue 449 and Digitas) teams and ensuring any meetings or services to be delivered are adhered to and completed on time.
• Working with digital teams to ensure any training, certifications and product update requirements are completed timeously.
• Setting up and running the weekly PMX status meetings, including maintaining an active and updated status and tracking document for all stakeholders to refer to whilst also actively contributing towards any other financial and/or operational requirements.

Qualifications
• 1-3 years experience in a media agency environment
• Analytically minded problem solver and have an eye for detail
• Organisational skills and able to work independently as well as with a team
• Exceptional time management, project management & prioritisation skills
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office Excel,
• Working knowledge of Salesforce will be an added advantage
