By using Wazayfi (the "Platform" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during registration.
• You must keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties.
• Minimum age to use the Platform is 16.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are not allowed.

3. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the content you post (posts, articles, comments, etc.).
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Platform.
• You may not post spam, hate speech, illegal content, or material that infringes others' rights.
• We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend offending accounts.

4. Acceptable Conduct

• No harassment or abuse of other users.
• No spam or unsolicited commercial promotion.
• No impersonation or false information.
• No attempts to hack, abuse, or misuse the Platform.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel anytime from your billing settings. No refunds for unused portions of a billing period are provided, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform design, logo, the "Wazayfi" name, and codebase are the exclusive property of the owner. They may not be reproduced or reused without explicit permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings or the identity of other users. Verify independently before acting on any information from the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from privacy settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the Platform operates. Any dispute is resolved in the competent courts there.
