Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Auditor & Maintenance Governor to oversee operational performance, stock accuracy, and maintenance execution across our production sites.
This is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional with strong manufacturing and auditing experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily production audits across multiple factories
• Verify stock counts against physical production and warehouse records
• Monitor and analyse machine cycle times and output performance
• Ensure accurate stock movement and reporting
• Oversee and coordinate maintenance teams and schedules
• Enforce quality control, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements
Requirements
• Experience in manufacturing, production auditing, or operations control
• Knowledge of:
• Plastic injection moulding and blow moulding
• General manufacturing processes (fabrication, paper/board advantageous)
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Ability to oversee multiple sites and priorities
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• Good communication and leadership skills
Pay: R10 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
