Job specification – Call Centre Agent – Commission based only:
A local person is needed to ensure new patient arrivals by calling on and responding to prospective patients sms’ and to secure bookings for clinics whilst ensuring patient service satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
· Call back numbers on the sms list
· Receive calls for patients to make appointments
· Explain the Mens Clinic services to the patient
· Listen and record the patient's needs
· Provide pricing details
· Handle customer questions
· Secure a deal the prospective patient
· Complete the statistics sheet
· Complete the booking sheet for the patient
· Confirm with patient a day in advance reminding them of their appointments for the next day
· Check with the patient if they are coming for their appointments on the same before they arrive
· Follow up on non arrivals to secure a booking for another day
Minimum qualifications and experience required:
Matric certificate with relevant experience or qualification and computer literancy.
Good Sales and customer service skills.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Must be honest and reliable
