Looking to Hire an experienced, mature operator to plow snow with a 100+HP agricultural tractor with 10-16 plow.
Most shifts are from around 12 am - 8 am but on call shifts also occur as weather dictates. We also have plow operator routes available that trigger for service after 2.5 CM of snowfall - great for operators who are looking for more hours this season.
Bonuses available.
Must be able to get to tractor parked in various sites in Kitchener - Waterloo (Some flexibility on start Location).
Must have experience and be able to demonstrate safe operation of tractor and plow.
Must be willing to work on call including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work on your own with support from manager.
Must be able to track job details on a user friendly mobile app or paper billing sheet. Training provided.
Must be able to manage time to complete all snow clearing operations by set deadline.
Travel throughout Kitchener - Waterloo.
Looking for a motivated individual that is willing to work hard and shows up when needed.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 65 per week
