Job Type: Floater : 30hrs-44hrs per week
Work Schedule: Various shifts and days, On-call.
Location: Working in different cities - KW, Guelph, Stratford, Cambridge, Arthur
Job Summary
This position of Floater Cleaner acts as an important asset to company. Flexibility is a MUST. Willing to learn and be trained on specialized cleaning jobs and perform these jobs as requested by clients. A Can-do attitude with willingness to continually improve and accept feedback. Must be extremely flexible on hours, shift times and days. Duties and jobs will be updated weekly with the exception of emergency client calls for job requests. Extremely reliable and dependable. Some supervisor duties will be assigned as well. Must be able to supervise other staff's jobs at other facilities and report detailed notes and relay to manager. Must have a licence, vehicle, and a good driving record.
Job Duties
· Specialized cleaning (will be trained to work in specialized cleaning jobs for example: floor stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, window, concrete, tile and grout and steam cleaning)
· Commercial facility Employee Supervision
· Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
· Available to work all shifts and holidays
· Cover sick calls, emergency calls
· Physically demanding
· Standing for extended periods
· On-Call Availability
· Various other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

· Secondary School Diploma
· 3+ years Custodial/Janitorial experience
· Flexible
· Strong customer service and relationship building skills
· Self-directed
Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills/leadership abilities
- Must be punctual
- Must be available weekends and some holidays if required
- Must have reliable cell phone communication at all times
- Reliable personal vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
