KW Habilitation is a local not-for-profit organization that provides a wide range of individualized services and supports to children with any special need and adults with developmental disabilities. We support individuals to live a fulfilling life which is fostered through preschool and early learning supports, respite services, residential services, community participation, and employment supports.
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (Clinical Manager), assisting with behavioural assessment and the implementation and evaluation of behavioural interventions for individuals who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or medical difficulties.

Responsibilities
• Provide effective, ethical, and quality behavioural services primarily working with adults with developmental disabilities
• Provide direct clinical interventions (including participation in team restraints/holds)
• Modeling
• Data collection
• Provision of training
Requirements
• Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the field of social services, or an Autism & Behavioural Sciences diploma
• Minimum three years of experience working within the field of applied behaviour analysis
• Certification as a Registered Behaviour Analyst through CPBAO is an asset
• Experience participating in behavioural assessments on individuals with developmental disabilities
• Experience providing staff training and coaching staff, including modelling, on the implementation of applied behaviour analysis programs
• Knowledge of the functional behaviour assessment process and experience implementing assessment procedures
• Experience assisting or implementing Functional Analysis of Behaviour is an asset
• Able to work successfully both independently and collaboratively with internal and external professionals
• Able to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects effectively
• Valid Driver’s License and access to personal transportation is required

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday (40 hours) rotating between days and afternoon/evenings as needed.
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $62,138.76 – $69,043.06
