Position Overview:
The Sales Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining absolute data accuracy by translating field sales quotes from Excel into NetSuite. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clean CRM data, seamless handoffs to sales teams, and reliable downstream reporting. During lower-volume periods, the role will also support lead research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately translate Excel-based sales quotes into NetSuite, including item codes, pricing, and customer details.
• Maintain a 0% error rate in all CRM and ERP data entry.
• Generate and communicate opportunity and quote numbers to field sales representatives in real time.
• Monitor and manage the central quotes inbox, ensuring entries are processed within defined turnaround times.
• Support inside sales with lead identification and research using ZoomInfo during low-volume periods.
• Follow established processes consistently and flag data inconsistencies proactively.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with CRM administration.
• Familiarity with NetSuite data entry preferred.
• Strong Excel proficiency with close attention to detail.
• Background in sales operations, data administration, or CRM support.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
• Reliable, process-oriented, and quality-driven work style.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience using ZoomInfo for lead research.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools.
• Prior support experience with US-based sales teams.
