Your Role
As Store Manager, you will lead the launch and ongoing success of our store in Stellenbosch. You will be responsible for building, developing, and inspiring a motivated local team while ensuring that our European brand standards are consistently upheld. In this key position, you will report directly to the executive management team in Europe and act as the main link between our South African operations and headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing and motivated store team
• Ensure exceptional customer service and premium product consultation
• Oversee all store operations, including sales performance, visual merchandising, stock management, and daily processes
• Drive sales growth and achieve business targets
• Implement Bellas’ brand standards and company values consistently
• Prepare regular performance and operational reports for European headquarters
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
Your Profile
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a comparable retail leadership role (preferably in fashion or premium retail)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Passion for high-quality products and customer-centric service
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to work closely with international management
