Position: Front of House Manager / Senior Server
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise front of house staff during shifts
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Train, mentor, and schedule servers
Manage reservations, seating, and floor flow efficiently
Assist with opening, closing, and daily reporting tasks
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area
Requirements:
3+ years of FOH experience in a restaurant environment
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
POS system experience is a plus
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
