We’re looking for a delivery-focused People & Corporate Operations Specialist to join our Corporate Services environment.
This role sits at the intersection of People & Talent and Corporate Operations, supporting the organisation through operational execution, systems optimisation, and workflow design.
You’ll contribute across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and broader corporate operational initiatives, including optimising ATS workflows, building knowledge management and quality management systems, and supporting asset and fleet operational processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesPeople & Talent / Talent Acquisition
• Support end-to-end recruitment delivery.
• Coordinate hiring workflows and candidate experience.
• Maintain and optimise the ATS.
• Build recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reporting.
• Support employer branding and talent initiatives.
Operational Delivery & Systems Optimisation
• Design and document workflows and SOPs.
• Build Knowledge Management frameworks.
• Support Quality Management System implementation.
• Identify and drive process improvements.
• Develop operational playbooks and guides.
Corporate Operations
• Maintain asset registers and tracking.
• Support fleet administration and reporting.
• Coordinate equipment allocation and audits.
• Assist with operational logistics and vendor coordination.
Experience & Qualification Profile
We value potential and attitude as much as experience. We are open to a range of experience levels and career transitions.
Preferred:
• Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
• Exposure to recruitment, HR coordination, or operations.
• Experience working with systems, trackers, or process documentation.
Advantageous but not required:
• ATS exposure.
• Process mapping tools.
