Are you a data-driven problem solver who thrives in a complex, fast-paced retail environment? We are looking for a high-energy E-commerce Business Analyst to serve as a vital interface between business stakeholders and external and internal solution delivery teams. In this critical role, you will support and optimize the business processes and technologies that drive our strategic e-commerce roadmap and support operations. Your mission is to ensure seamless system performance, drive continuous improvement, and align technical solutions with our overarching business strategy to fuel retail success.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Requirements:
• *

Define and document detailed business requirements for strategic e-commerce initiatives.
• Utilize modeling methodologies to align business processes with industry best practices and PEP’s long-term digital strategy.
• Customer Journey & UX Optimization:
• *

Analyze the end-to-end digital customer journey (from landing page to checkout).
• Identify friction points in the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to improve conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment with the support of operations.
• System Support & Troubleshooting:
• *

Provide high-level day-to-day support for e-commerce platforms, responding to user queries and technical system issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis for system failures to ensure 24/7 operational flow.
• Omnichannel & Logistics Integration:
• *

Manage requirements for "last mile" visibility, including real-time tracking and automated customer notifications (SMS/Email).
• Change Management & Agile Delivery:
• *

Validate, prioritize, and manage the backlog of change requests and bugs.
• Actively involved in project initiatives within the Agile Scrum framework, tracking deliverables from inception to post-launch review.
• Technical Documentation:
• *

Create and maintain comprehensive user manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and technical specifications to ensure system continuity.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
• Degree in Commercial, Business, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Formal IIBA or FTI Business Analysis qualification/diploma is highly desirable.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst.
• Proven experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain environments is a distinct advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Experience with JIRA, Gluu, Lucidchart and Figma (or similar process mapping tools).
• Understanding of Web Analytics (Google Tag Manager/Analytics) and SEO principles.
• Analytical Thinking: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to form opinions based on data.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage external vendors and internal teams.
• Drive & Agility: A self-motivated, results-oriented approach with the ability to pivot in a fast-changing digital landscape.
• Competencies required: Analytical, Presentation and facilitation skills; Attention to detail, sound business acumen, problem solving skills; resourcefulness, results driven, self-motivator, communication skills, interpersonal skills and a team player.
