WFH, Full-Time CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER - $1,100 a month
(Based in South Africa)

TASKS
TASK #1: Support and guide clients to content success
- Conduct kickoff calls with new clients following our proven script
- Review clients' video content and provide actionable feedback
- Respond to client questions within our 24-hour (Mon-Fri) response time guarantee
- Host weekly group calls and 1:1 coaching sessions
- Help clients overcome challenges in content creation and monetization
TASK #2: Maintain client accountability and progress tracking
- Update daily and weekly administrative reports
- Track client bottlenecks, next steps, and deadlines
- Participate in daily coaching team meetings
- Ensure clients are implementing strategies and making progress
Note: You'll be responsible for approximately 60 clients, but you'll share this responsibility with other coaches and team members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English skills (C1 or above - non-negotiable!)
- Previous experience in content creation and social media strategy is a MUST
- Proficiency with AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Capcut, etc.)
- Knowledge of all features on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Strong people (soft) skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client success
- Reliable Internet connection and professional home office setup
- 100% say-do ratio and commitment to deadlines
