Kitchener-Waterloo Full-Time Permanent Benefits RRSP AFTERNOON SHIFT
Salary $55,000-$60,000 plus Annual Shift Premium $2,250 and RRSP Match
Our busy manufacturing client is adding to their supervisory staff. Reporting to the Production Manager you will ensure that the day to day production activities meet the daily quota.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise production activities and resources optimizing output to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
You will support continuous improvement through participation on Kaizen teams and utilization of 8D problem solving.
Lead daily pre-shift meetings, release work orders, address abnormalities, ensure safety and quality standards are followed, schedule appropriate team members and positions and oversee training activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You offer 2-3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, above average communication skills and a positive attitude.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
