Job Title: Internal Sales Consultant – Bullion Company
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Internal Sales Consultant to join our bullion company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting our brand presence both in-person and online.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients face-to-face, providing expert sales and service support.
• Handle client communications via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and promptly.
• Assist clients with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales support.
• Contribute to online brand marketing initiatives to strengthen company visibility and reputation.
