Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals seeking an experienced Shipper/Receiver for a busy and fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the shipping and receiving operations within our client's manufacturing warehouse environment. This position involves ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our distribution operations.
Responsibilities
• Process shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Perform order picking tasks, packaging products for shipment, and preparing items for delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and efficient workflow within the warehouse.
• Prepare shipments, including waybills and packaging items for delivery
• Receive goods and place them in appropriate storage locations
• Load and unload shipments (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
• Move skids using a pump truck
• Prepare customer orders and label products (items include barrels and tents)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in a dusty warehouse environment
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of shipper/receiver experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong communication skills
• Own transportation required (not transit-accessible)
• Forklift license is an asset
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a busy, dusty manufacturing setting
