Location: Kitchener, ON
Salary: $55,000/annually
Shift: Days Monday to Thursday 9am – 6pm, Friday 8am – 5pm
This is a permanent position for the right candidate!
We are assisting our client in Kitchener to find a Primary Call Taker. Our client is a licensed insolvency trustee and is looking to add the next member to their growing team.
Primary Call Taker Responsibilities:
· Answering 100s of incoming calls daily for busy insolvency company
· Determine caller’s issue/need and transfer to correct department
· Manage group email accounts to ensure items are dealt with in a timely matter
· Answer creditor calls regarding customers who have filed for bankruptcy (training provided)
· Participate in meetings with internal office staff
· Understand and respond to customer delivery needs through communication with internal personnel, vendors, manufacturers and other affiliated individuals
· Support and assist with various office tasks such as answering phones
· Maintain and promote a safe work environment under Ontario’s Health & Safety policy
· Perform any other related duties as assigned by your manager
Primary Call Taker Qualifications:
· Strong organizational skills to manage a busy, fast paced workplace
· Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills
· Completion of High School required
· Post-secondary in accounting or finance would be an asset
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (mainly Word and Excel)
· Great telephone skills, friendly personality, and organized
· Able to stay calm under pressure
