Pre-Owned Sales Manager for K-W Mitsubishi | Kitchener–Waterloo
K-W Mitsubishi is growing and looking for a high-energy Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead a busy, lead-driven, and process-focused department.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves sales momentum, coaching teams, and owning the full used-vehicle lifecycle—from buying inventory to selling it fast.
What You’ll Do
• Drive Pre-Owned sales volume, gross, and department profitability
• Actively manage sales leads, CRM activity, and outbound follow-up calls
• Coach and develop a high-performing, accountable sales team
• Lead used vehicle procurement, including auctions, trades, and direct purchases
• Ensure vehicles are quickly reconditioned, merchandised, photographed, priced, and live on the website
• Maintain a retail-ready inventory that is turn-focused and market-aligned
• Ensure compliance with dealership processes and OMVIC standards
• Champion a strong, transparent, and professional customer experience
What You Bring
• Unrestricted OMVIC License and valid Driver’s License
• Minimum High School Diploma (Post-Secondary preferred)
• Recent management experience in an automotive dealership
• Strong experience with used vehicle sourcing, inventory management, and merchandising
• Confident communicator who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment
