Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various Airbnbs and apartments.
This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
The Cleaner will contribute to the overall upkeep of our facilities by performing routine cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities
• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or facility spaces
• Use washer and dryer for sheets and towels.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or pressure washers to ensure thorough sanitation
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to uphold safety standards
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated timeframes.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or any issues encountered
• Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with health and safety regulations
Skills
• Experience with custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with guests or building occupants
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
• Attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and maintained properly
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
