The Employee Development Leader is the heart of our business, reporting directly to the President. Your role can't be defined by words alone. You are a people-first person and you want to see your team succeed through motivation and on-going training.
An average day on the job is meeting at the office in the morning, taking your team out on the job and working one-on-one to train new and existing employees on our systems and processes. At the end of each day, you will submit all paperwork for invoicing.
Occasionally, you'll do quality control, visiting clients' homes ensuring our jobs are being done correctly and efficiently.
When you're working from the office (and occasionally at home) you'll work on staff scheduling, speaking with and moving clients around, following up by phone with client satisfaction and client inquiries, along with other day-to-day duties to keep us running smoothly. That will include things like our employee birthday program, ensuring hours are correct and submitted on time for payroll, approving time-off requests, and managing our payroll margins.
The bottom line is that you're obsessed with customer service - because we aim to be the absolute BEST in the industry every time.

We're small but mighty with big plans for growth! Our set-up is designed to accommodate our staff who are mostly made up of Mom's who get their kids on and off the buss everyday, so sleep in! Your day doesn't usually start until 10am and you're usually finished by 3 or 4pm for dinnertime!
