About the Role
The role involves assisting in establishing a routine operational system for partners and leading the operation of key operational modules to achieve relevant business targets.
Responsibilities
• Assist in establishing a routine operational system for partners and lead the operation of key operational modules, such as PSI management, key actions for partner and KA development, partner certification, partner capabilities, and partner marketing, to achieve relevant business targets.
• Assist in interpreting and implementing digital power channel policies, guide rep office the latest national channel policies, organize training sessions for local employees on channel policies, and review and monitor internal control risks through self-inspection tools such as CT (compliance testing) and PR (proactive review).
• Coordinate internal and external resources to assist in promoting regional partner competitions, partner conferences, new product launches, and other events.
• Follow up hero Product sales, incentive.
• Follow up on the development of industrial and commercial partners in small countries (Except South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria), as well as the progress of showcase site construction and scenario-based expansion.
• Based on partner showcases, assist the representative office in organizing local installer summit and scenario events, and follow up on the implementation of pipeline management.
• Organize team meeting and output meeting minutes, output biweekly/Monthly report.
Qualifications
• Grade 12. Relevant Tertiary is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of interacting with internal departments and channel partners to ensure smooth progress of projects/operations.
• Good logic to learn new things.
• Be proficient in using Word, Excel, and PPT for daily office tasks, and able to conduct data analysis based on business operations.
